Description
TPD-FR720 is a high molecular weight nano coated organosilicon polymer with excellent stability and dispersion. Due to the introduction of – Si – structure in the system, it can be used in PC alone or together with other flame retardants. It has great synergistic effect and thus greatly improve the flame retardant effect of materials. For example, compounding use with perfluorinated sulfonic acid salt, KSS, HES and phosphorus nitrogen flame retardants, it can make PC / ABS, ABS, HIPS and PP etc. reach a higher flame retardant level, or reduce the dosage amount of other retardants at the same flame retardant level.
Due to the special molecular structure and molecular weight of TPD-FR720, combined with the coating technology, the material has no effect on the physical properties of the host materials while maintaining the flame retardancy. The comprehensive performance is better than the same kind of organosilicon flame retardant.

Application

How to use
Adding 0.1-3% TPD-FR720, it can reach the level of UL94-V0). It can be added directly to the plastic formula or made into masterbatches.

1. Transported as non-dangerous cargo.
2. Stored in a cool, dry, dark and ventilated place, avoid moisture.
