Silicone Diffusion Pump Oil TOPDA 704 is a colorless transparent oily fluid designed for high vacuum of 10-7~10-8 torr (untrapped). It performs well in tough, rugged applications and offers quick pump down, even after exposure to air at operating temperatures. TOPDA 704 is thermally and chemically stable allowing it to keep pump jets free of tars and hard carbon.

Applications
Used as diffusion pump oils, compared with TOPDA 705, TOPD 704 has quicker pumping speed and lower energy consumption.
