Description
TPD-101F-40 is a water soluble highly effective silicone based antifoam which is developed by a special process of synthesizing polyether and polydimethylsiloxane which has efficient knockdown defoaming and long time foam suppressing effects.

Application
TPD-101F-40 is recommended for a wide variety of aqueous processes, including the following:

TPD-101F can also be used as a processing aid for polar solvent foaming system.
How to use
It can be used directly or used after being diluted with water. The specific operation method is as follows: first add 1 times the amount of water into the antifoam, then stir it quickly, then add 1 times the amount of water again and stir it quickly, repeat the operation for three times (i.e. add three times the amount of water), then add the remaining water at a time after stirring, and then stir it until there is no lumps. The recommended dosage level is: 0.1%-0.3%. The optimal dosage level should be determined by trial.

Available in N.W. 50KG or N.W.200KG Plastic drums.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous cargo.
2. Require sealed and airproof packing.
3. Freezing should be avoided, the storage temperature should not be lower than 0℃. 4. Stored in a dry and cool place at room temperature.
5. After first opening the product, be sure to seal tightly.
Shelf Life
6 months.
