TPD-4050 has active carbon hydroxyl structure, which can react with organic polymers (such as polyester, polyurethane, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, etc.) to improve the mixing processability, leveling, demoulding, gloss, lubricity, heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance and hydrolysis resistance of organic polymers. It will help to keep the coating smooth and bright with durability.

How to use
Recommended dosage level: 0.1-1.0% based on total formula.
Adding method: In order to facilitate the addition, it can be diluted with the appropriate solvent first.
Solvent types: Benzene, mineral oil solvent.
Notice
This product has reactivity, pay attention to prevent pollution and deterioration. This product may cause turbidity of acrylic resin system. Accurate formula experiment should be done for transparent system.
Packing
Available in N.W. 25KG Plastic drums.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous cargo.
2. Require sealed and airproof packing.
3. Freezing should be avoided, the storage temperature should not be lower than 0℃.
4. Stored in a dry and cool place at room temperature.
5. After first opening the product, be sure to seal tightly.
Shelf Life
12 months.
