Silicone Resin Film Former TPD-8022C is a large molecular weight silicone resin powder which can form a durable polymer film, with excellent resistance to migration and elution. It can provide excellent water repellence and resistance to detergent wash off and improve durability, it can be used in lasting lipstick, lip gloss, BB cream, foundation, liquid eyeliner, mascara, etc.

How to use
Slowly add TPD-8022C into system under stirring oil phase and continue to stir to uniform state without particles.
