Description
Methyl vinyl MQ silicone resin TPD-VMQ101 is a new type of stereoscopic(nonlinear) silicone material with Si-O bond as framework. Its structural formular is: (CH3)2(CH2=CH)Si01/2]a [(CH3)3Si01/2]b [Si04/2]c, in which (CH3)2(CH2=CH)Si01/2]a [(CH3)3Si01/2]b is called M, [Si04/2]c is called Q。With different ratio of M and Q, their properties, specifications and applications show different.
Features
- Excellent high and low temperature resistance, it can be used at the temperature range of -60~300℃.
- Good film-forming property, moderate flexibility, aging resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance.
- Good water repellency.
- Vinyl group can react with Si-H.
- Excellent isolation performance, and durable, can be used a semi permanent release agent.

How to use
If you add it into the system directly, please heat it into liquid first. If not, please add it in solvent(benzene, xylene and so on ), silicone oil will be the better solvent in the colorless odorless systems, then it can be used.
Suggested dosage level: 1-20%.

1. Transported as non-dangerous cargo.
2. Avoid violent vibration during transportation.
3. The product should be stored in a shady, ventilated place at room temperature.
